IMMERSIVE MARKETING FOR MINED ANNUAL EVENT

For the MINED ULTRA experience, we designed an audiovisual show divided into four chapters, projected at the opening and closing of the two-day event. We based it on MINED’s main mission of fostering change, learning, and personal transformation. We developed everything from the script to the staging, including original music and audiovisual content. Additionally, we incorporated an immersive installation and an augmented reality filter to increase active participation and organic event promotion on social media.

We transformed the space into the “MINED Spaceship”, an environment designed to transport attendees to the discovery of their best selves. For the grand finale, we used anamorphic 3D techniques, aiming to create a profound impact and establish a connection that motivates the exploration of personal potential in a stimulating and technologically advanced environment.
